Meet Dan Brennan
Dan attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. He graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review.
Following law school, Dan clerked for Magistrate Judge Raymond L. Erickson of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
After his clerkship, Dan served as an associate at Bowman and Brooke LLP and later at Fredrikson & Byron P.A. He then joined attorney Todd Gadtke as of counsel at Gadtke Law Firm. After that, Dan went on to a solo practice in Emily: Brennan Law.
Dan lives in Emily with his wife Amy. Amy and Dan foster rescued Golden Retrievers to eventually place in a new “forever home”. Dan serves as a member of the Emily City Council, president of the Ruth Lake Improvement District, a founding member of the Emily Mine Information Group, and as a watercraft inspector at the Ruth Lake public access. In his free time, Dan enjoys mountain biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking and traveling. His practice focuses on creating effective and affordable estate plans for his clients.
